Moths, bats and owls - I often wondered how they interacted and wasn’t aware how totally dependent nocturnal species are on one another. Moonlight or the lack of it aids and abets many such creatures. Bats feed on the newly emerged moths and owls of all types gorge on both…all species involved are caught in a struggle for survival.
